Then put me in contact with Justin who helped me navigate the insurance process, which was very helpful. Most the of the time navigating the insurance process is the hardest part of basement flooding so having Justin was great. Lamine coordinated his guys incredibly efficiently to get the basement job done in a few weeks. Communication was on point. They flexed their schedule to meet mine. Would highly recommend anyone needing this type of service to call them FIRST.
