Elite was great when it came to helping us with our flooded basement. Lamine kicked off the process with an assessment of the basement. Then put me in contact with Justin who helped me navigate the insurance process, which was very helpful. Most the of the time navigating the insurance process is the hardest part of basement flooding so having Justin was great. Lamine coordinated his guys incredibly efficiently to get the basement job done in a few weeks. Communication was on point. They flexed their schedule to meet mine. After a cold week, we had a pipe burst in my residence.  Talking with Chastine, Elite was quick to respond with equipment, making sure everything was dry.  They then were quick to make sure the vanity that had to be removed was put back better than the before.  Not only was Chastine extremely professional and easy to contact and work with during their busy schedule, their pricing can’t be beat.
