We had a slab leak that destroyed our flooring and a cabinet, and called Elite to help us get our house put back together. The entire team was great to work with, very courteous and polite, kept constant communication with us through the process, and worked very well with us and our insurance company. We would definitely recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about Ellite’s work with both our remediation from a water leak and their reconstruction. Very communicative, worked with insurance, made the whole process really easy. Lamine and Justin are two of the best

I had a flood in my house. I immediately called Elite. Chastene made sure everything went smoothly. She had guys out with blowers and big fans to get my house dried out the same day! My insurance company wanted to drag their feet and try to not to pay for damages from the flood but the Elite crew dealt with my insurance company and were able to get the damages covered. I am very thankful for Elite, they did a great job on the remediation. I am especially thankful for Chastene, she is an excellent communicator and a definite go getter, it was nice to deal with a woman in this industry, she was very helpful in explaining next steps of what would happen. I have already referred my sister to Elite.

They were recommended And so happy they were. They were our first and only call when our water heater that was up stairs dumped gallons of water. They were out so fast and assisted every step of the way. They even hooked us up with their flooring guy. Got to meet the owners and they are a married couple and just the nicest people.

Elite was my first call when we had sewage backup in our church basement on a recommendation from Funky Junk Dumpsters. I was very pleased with Elite. They responded quickly, gave an estimate and actually came in under the estimate. I used them also for reconstruction. They and their sub, Committed Works, LLC., were fantastic to work with. Very attentive to our needs. Elite looked at us not as a customer but looked at us with care and concern for our needs. They took great care to get us back to normal. I could not be happier with the results from Elite, their personnel and subs. They all treated us with great respect. I highly recommend their services to anyone that needs them.

Elite has simply been amazing. I went from a 1 star review to a 5 star review. The original reason that I gave them a one star review, is there was an issue with getting them out to my house. It revolved around an emergency they had. They apologized for the issue. Which is honestly huge. They could have just written off the one star review, and when on to the next job. They didn’t they took the effort to try and make it right. They took on the challenge of winning over someone who wasn’t happy, and I am so happy that they did. They were able to get out the next day that they were able to, to start the process. Lamine has been the best general manager I have ever dealt with from a restoration company, and I have worked with three others. He was there when he said he would be there. We had multiple people on multiple days. He let either my wife or I know what was going each day, and what would happen the next day. He also repeated the process multiple times which was huge, when you are dealing with people in, and out, and you don’t always remember the exact thing that is going to happen he helped us keep the order of operations in mind. He was awesome with estimation of scheduling. The people where out when he said they would be. Elite understands how important having a great manager is. They also had a great plumber recommendation. Of the plumbers we have worked with they were top notch as well. We are going to be calling them again for all of our plumbing needs. Everyone they sent out were courteous, and prompt. Some people were even early. The contacted us every time they were ready to come out, and if they were going to be early. They told us what our timeline was to set our expectation, and met that timeline. They managed expectations throughout the project amazingly. If someone ever needs a recommendation. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Elite will be the new people we use from now on. They picked up an existing restoration from a company that essentially has ghosted us, and turn a bad experience into as good as of an experience as you can have when your bathroom is unusable.

Start to finish, we were so pleased with the work from Elite. Justin and Lamine both communicated well along the way. Every person involved in the project was respectful and the work was all quality. I highly recommend Elite!

We have been working with Elite for a decade and have no plans to stop! Such a professional team with a quick response time. What is most important is their level of care. When dealing with a recent fire they made sure all residents were 100% satisfied before signing off on the job. Great company top to bottom!

Absolutely wonderful working with Elite! We found a sewage pipe disconnected in our crawl space and got into contact with Chastene from Elite Remediation and she was able to get us taken care of right away. They came first thing in the morning and got our home back in working order within a few days. We had exceptional service from start to finish, and they truly are ELITE!!
